Understanding Why You Should Get Checked For Low Testosterone

A lot of men aren’t thinking about their testosterone levels dropping while they’re still fairly young, but the symptoms are still real. Other than the natural aging process, there are a few other activities/things that can lower testosterone in men.

Stress/Anxiety, extreme endurance exercises, like marathons or cycling for long distances, and triathlon training can all lower your testosterone levels. So there a many different reasons why it could drop, and a lot of different symptoms that accompany them. That’s just another good reason to get checked out.
